Remedy Inspections, LLC. is owned and operated by Eric Mohlenhoff. Eric has been involved in commercial property and facilities management since 1998. After conducting hundreds of inspections in the hospitality industry for other owners, he decided to make the change to pursue his passion for inspecting and turn it toward building his own home inspection company. Eric’s long experience dealing with complex commercial buildings and systems over the last 20+ years has given him a sharp eye for detail that is to the benefit of his clients.

As a multi-property owner himself, Eric has been actively involved in many real estate transactions, home inspections and renovations for his own properties. Eric enjoys spending the time with his clients to ensure they fully understand all aspects of the home they are about to purchase and is always open to questions, day or night.
